Stratic Energy Corporation is a Canadian-incorporated international oil and gas company involved in the
production, development, appraisal and exploration of hydrocarbons. The Company’s key interests are in the
North Sea (UK and Dutch sectors) and Italy, with further interests in Turkey, Syria,
Slovenia and Morocco. The Company’s asset portfolio encompasses production,
development, appraisal and exploration properties. The shares are currently listed for trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (ticker "SE")and the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange (ticker "SE.").
The Company has:
- proved and probable oil and gas reserves, through acquisitions and organic development,
of 19.1 mmboe;
- production from its gas assets in Turkey;
- six near-term development and potential
development projects; West Don and Crawford oil fields and Breagh gas discovery in the UK North Sea, Horizon West in the Dutch North Sea, the Longanesi gas field in Italy and further gas discoveries offshore Turkey;
- a portfolio of appraisal assets in the North Sea including the Cairngorm and Bowmore discoveries in the UK sector;
- further exploration acreage in the UK and Dutch North Sea and Italy; and
- a strong management team with experienced and proven oil industry professionals
