Net Working Interest Reserves at Forecast Pricing and Costs

Proved and probable reserves are based on the definitions and guidelines of the Canadian Oil & Gas Evaluation Handbook as referenced in National Instrument 51-101.

Oil Equivalent volumes are calculated on the boe conversion ratio of 6mcf:1bbl based on an energy equivalency conversion method primarily applicable at the burner tip and do no necessarily represent a value equivalency at the wellhead.
