Petisovci-Dolina Field

Stratic holds a 45.1% working interest in the joint venture arrangements concerning the Petisovci-Dolina field. Substantial gas resources exist on this licence, but are
currently not deemed commercially viable due to the poor quality of the reservoirs. Stratic is reviewing the nature of the reservoirs prior to a decision whether to divest the asset.
